Location: Harrison Place, half block from Morgan L, less than a 5 min walk to bodega, grocery store, ups. Many restaurants, bars, & music venues within 10 min walk of apartment. Within 15 mins of Prime Williamsburg & East Village day and night life!
The Roommates:
Kelly, Markus & Andrea are in their mid twenties, and have been living in the city for ~2-4 years each.
Kelly works in the music industry doing commercial copyright, likes to ski, skydive and inspires us with her adventures.
Markus is a paralegal, preparing for law school, whose sharp & witty candor ensure conversation is never dull. Andrea is a cybersecurity engineer for a bank in FiDi and plays on two BK soccer teams.
All three of them are easy going, sociable, and enjoy hanging out in the common space. They're clean, but reasonable, and contribute mutually to common chores. they may have friends over from time to time, and enjoy hosting holiday/dinner parties every couple months. As much fun as they have, they also appreciate solitude, and respect each other’s alone time. In fact, a typical weekday is quiet, often with only 1 or 2 others in the apartment. They generally have different schedules, so access to the bathroom & kitchen is never a problem.
Andrea’s Siamese cat, Belfort, is an important member of the apartment, so they prefer that the new tenant is more than tolerant of cats — ideally enjoys interacting with him.
I, Pascal am a professional roommate matchmaker with Perfect Strangers (look us up on yelp- we are the real deal!). We pair individuals who are looking to move into a new apartment but need help connecting to awesome roommates to sign a lease with.
Please message me with a bit of information about yourself, where you are currently living, why you are moving, what you do professionally, and when you are free to view the apartment. I will then set up a time for you to see the apartment and if all goes well will assist you with signing the new lease.
Upfront cost: $50 roommate application fee, 1st months rent, 1 months security and 1 month brokers fee is due upfront.
